Mrs. Sparks and Miss Breana’s class has started learning about measurement. The students were able to use pencils, crayons, and highlighters to measure their desks, books, and even classmates!











Water Valley School District will be closed March 10-14, 2025 for Spring Break. Classes will resume on Monday, March 17, 2025.

Due to the potential for severe weather this afternoon, Water Valley School District will dismiss early today, March 4, 2025.
Davidson Elementary will dismiss at 1:15 PM.
Water Valley High School will dismiss at approximately 1:30 PM.
Please make arrangements for student pickup and stay weather-aware. Safety is our top priority. We will continue to monitor conditions and provide updates as needed.

Read Across America kicks off at DES with "HAT DAY."



For the month of February, Mrs. Allred’s students worked on completing their black history project. They presented them to their class last week. There were posters, Google Slide presentations, newspaper articles, a biography in a bag, timelines, and brochures. Students enjoyed listening and learning from their peers.
