Thank you!

I am overwhelmed with gratitude as I reflect on the incredible outpouring of support shown to our teachers and staff during this year's Teacher Appreciation Week. The generosity, kindness, and thoughtfulness displayed by the community, PTO, civic organizations, churches, and various groups have been truly heartwarming.
From the delicious food, thoughtful gifts, and generous donations, to the heartfelt words of appreciation, each gesture has made a significant impact on our educators. Your support not only recognizes their hard work and dedication but also motivates and inspires them to continue making a positive difference in the lives of our students.
In all my years in education, I have never witnessed a community that supports its schools and educators with such passion and sincerity as Water Valley does. Your commitment to education and belief in our mission to nurture and empower young minds is remarkable.
On behalf of the entire Water Valley Schools family, I want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Your support strengthens our school community and reinforces the vital role education plays in shaping a bright future for our children.
Thank you for being amazing partners in education!
Best regards,
Drew Pitcock

Nakyla Woodard went to Valley Drug for clinical this week to shadow and learn about pharmacy careers. 2 past WVHS and Health Science graduate students are employees at Valley and were assisting with the clinical learning experience. Lilly Whitaker, who has received her Pharmacy Tech certification, and Addison Sossaman, who is interested in the pharmacy career field, were eager to train and talk about their careers. Bethany Downs is monitoring Nakyla counting medications and Lee Lott is close by to teach about his pharmacist educational requirements and responsibilities. I want to thank Lee Lott for hiring our students. Emma Hendricks, a WVHS senior and Health Science 2 student, is currently employed at Valley Drugs and being trained in the pharmacy tech career.
